At first, Briarwood looked very cute, but it didn't last. The apartments are falling apart and god help you if you need maintenance to fix anything. I had a leak in my sink and they kept telling me they couldn't find it. Meanwhile I had a lake under the sink! The office is a pain to deal with. So much so that you try to avoid it. I've heard getting a security deposit back almost never happens and they are high security deposits. So, if you want your money back, don't pay your rent and deal with the consequences later. I would advise anyone not to move in here until they change their ways.
