Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
And that was the only reason I stayed. I had a large dog and it was the least expensive of the view complexes that allowed them.
The negative:
Poor insulation= OUTRAGEOUS electric bills year round.
Tons of silverfish, and if you have never seen one, I hope you never have too.
Why they assigned parking is beyond me and smashing all the visitor spaces in one corner of the lot was horrific.
Poor snow removal in the winter on the walk ways to the apartments.
The washer/dryer in unit was garbage and never worked right from day one.
Like I said, they let me have my dog and that was what I was looking for at the time. It is a wee bit pricey for a small place though (I had a 1 bedroom garden), but if you love your animals and need a place to go, I suppose it is worth checking on...
