I grabbed this apartment in haste caused they allow dogs here, but expect to pay an additional mos deposit for having a poodle with you, un-freakin real!!!. Pretty much what Ive read from the past tenants is fact!management sucks, dogs, the poop, noise, the siverfish, parking,etc Ive had it here!!
I was hoping this place would be quiet, but you get alot of dogs barking here at night, not to mention the neighbor below you blasting her stereo or having a party going on in the 'college dorm' apt everynight next door to ya..
Having had to pound the walls on a frequent basis, I can tell you the walls are strong and well made HA HA!!, but poor or no insulation, as a result I have electric bills thru the roof during the winter months that are over $150 dollars, its kind of stupid if you ask me to pay that for a 800 sq. foot apartment!
Stepping in dog poop around this complex is a common thing, hope you dont mind it a few times a week, Oh parking here sucks!!, Management here somehow had their head in a dogs behind when they had some contracter paint the lines, your assigned parking spot IS NOT in front of your unit, its a ways down the lot and all the visitor spots are bunched up near the front of the complex,Smart brains there I tell ya.
Management here bites and is a pain to deal with!, the manager looks like Anne Robinson from the Weakest Link and is just as rude, she's a cross between her and Judge Judy,be fore warned! ...management is not beneficial to your well being here, the office is all brand new, yet parts of the complex need major repair. Renting and apartment here was a mistake, My lease is up next month in June, I'm outta here!
