Management problems

The apartments are clean and spacious. While I was there a new fitness center was built (open, but with limited hours), and parking was assigned (finally) which was nice.
However, the silverfish were disgusting, and there were tons of them in my apartment.
The grounds were dirty, due to pet owners neglecting their responsibilities.
The management was often rude and incredibly lazy. When I moved out I had to wait more than ten weeks to receive my security deposit back from the leasing agency.
I called and left numerous messages on the office machine, and my calls were never returned. When I would happen to reach the secretary, my request for my security deposit was brushed aside, and I was told it was "coming in the mail."
Finally, I had to find the phone number for the agency which owns Briarwood Hills, and after a call to their office I reached someone who dealt with the problem rapidly. I received my check that same week. No thanks to the management on location at Briarwood.
I would not recommend living here.
