Avoid it !!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1998
I lived here about 5years ago. I liked it at first but after two months, the winter came and so did all my problems. The layout was nice, I had a loft apartment. What I didn't realize was that there had been major leaks prior to my moving in and nothing was ever done about it. Needlessly to say, one winter morning when the snow melted, it came into my apartment from every angle. It destroyed my computer equipment up in the loft, my clothes were soiled in the bedroom and I slipped and fell in the bathroom without seeing a puddle of water that had slid down the exposed brick walls --- which were a real selling point for me when I moved in.
The bedroom was small and awkward with slanted windows over the bed. I bumped my head every time I got up. The walls were paper thin. THe bedroom was also over someone's downstairs livinroom. Hello' The downstairs neighbors in my bedroom competed with the college student from India who blasted his music in the evening, just when I was ready to hit the sack.
I had to call the cops a couple of times but decided to move since I knew management was not going to take care of anything. Lori was the manager when I was there and she was simply a doll. I'm sorry to hear she was removed. I don't know why. She really took care of things while I was there.
