I was living here for the past few years, and have gone thru a few sets of managers and now a new owner of this apartment complex. I guess the intelligence level for managers/owners keeps getting worst here over time...You cannot have pets here anymore for a renewal or a new lease, maybe thats why the complex is 75% empty now'''
This place is run down for what they ask for rent now...a new lease on a garden apartment will cost you about $860 now, about the same as it was 2001, except some of the long term tenants here are paying over $1000 a month thru managment raising the rent up every year on them, kinda nice of them right'..It wouldnt be such a bad place with a decent manager and maybe the rent a few hundred cheaper, allow the dogs owners back and freaking jeeze, repaint the parking lot assigned numbers like a normal complex would have!!..I can make a list of negatives a mile long on this place, but I've said my peace here.
