Briarwood keeps getting worse over the years

Well Briarwoods 13% rating should tell you alot about this place. Cant have my dogs there anymore, so I moved to Naugatuck, Parkview Apartments, about the same distance to Cheshire.
Hey Briarwood, PARKVIEW a 61% rating AND THEY ALLOW DOGS!!!!!!!!!!! and they onlu charge a few hundred dollars security deposit vs 1-2 mos rent like you do!!!!..The complex is newer, early- mid 1980's vs early 70's for Briarwood, much better built AND FREE HEAT!!!!
As far as Briawood goes, The managers have gotten worse over time. Briarwood gets a new owner now and they dont allow your pets (emphasis on canines) on your lease renewal..... maybe thats why over half the units now are empty you think', I also noticed they brought the rent prices down, doesn't seem to be working fools. Don't ruin a good thing, they did.
