It is the most unprofessional and irresposbile place we ever visited. Almost 5 months after you moved in also your maintenance requests are pending which you put forward before moving in. There is leakage in living room wall..yes you can enjoy mini water falls under roof...The suggestion from manager is the change the locaiton of entertainment centre..Wow Also the unit are having mice about which no serious action taken by management. The reason told is the smell of food. But they didnt consider large wholes in walls , behind electric equipment etc. From last 2 months we are continously making complains about these issues but no serious response..infact the people are coming with excuses like ..it is old building..these are apartments ..so tenants should not complain about each and everything...the electric wiring internally is a real mess about which even maintenance people are not aware.. so if something goes wrong then u r on your toes...It is a real mess..only thing which smooths here is the collection of rent..Even the management staff is very rude in talking and irrespectful.They dont even try to go into real cause of problem..just patch it up and pass the day.
After doing regerous followup with the staff atlast we have complained to MCR management , and now hoping for their positive response with some action asap
