For you to say something good about this place, You're either a manager or an idiot, I'll let you figure that out!
I'll get right to the point, this place sucked!! For what you pay for rent for the problems (management included) of this complex, it's just not worth it. I left this complex about 6 mos into my 12 mos lease when I got wind they wouldn't allow a lease renewal because I have 2 small dogs.
Granted in a Garden apartment you do get a large bedroom and ample closet space and a huge Living room/Dining area, but looking at the apartment before a lease and a few months into the lease speaks many volumes. Don't judge a book by it's cover, or shall I say an apartment by it's looks, it's a fatal mistake.
I can vouch for having a mice problem myself, least it was limited to the kitchen area. No matter how hard I cleaned and vacuumed,they always left behind reminders.
These apartments are poorly insulated, considering they were built in the early 1970's, they are starting to fall apart. My electric bill to heat this garden apartment in the winter mos was outrageous, I also had constant dampness in here as well. Noise was another issue, not that my neighbors were any louder then the norm, but the constant creaking from walking across the floor above my bedroom was LOUD
Parking was a joke. You would think my assigned parking space number was in front or near my apartment' Nope! Somebody lacked a brain in painting the parking #'s. Just take it from me and the many other NEGATIVE and ACCURATE comments about this complex, it speaks for itself.

Just b/c my review was not 100% negative doesn't mean that you have to rip me a new one and tell me I'm on drugs. I totally have found a number of the complaints people listed to be TRUE, which i stated in my review, but the place isnt TOTALLY horrible, and thats all I was getting across.

If you were trying to say this place isn't totally horrible, then why didn't you just say that instead of listing a whole damn list of PRO'S about this nightmare place...Don't jump on the person who stated what he/she said, I'll agree with them...You gotta be a fool to say anything good about this place.....Look at the the last time anybody ever said yes to this dump
