I've lived here for two years and haven't had any problems; the staff is responsive and the apartment is nice. The neighbors are great, it's very quiet. The best part is the pool in the summertime. It's not glamourous or too high-end, but then again, the rent is under a grand. And the electric bills are high, but electric is the only bill you pay. The last few places I'd lived, my electric bill was < $100, but the gas bill was another $80, etc. If you're looking for fancy appliances or granite countertops, you'll want a different complex. If you're looking for a convenient spot to save some money in a safe neighborhood, this is perfect.
