Useful Unbiased Review, Facts Only

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Good place for 12 months minus the constant, incurible house centipede infestations (can of kill-all Ortho Home Defense kills them, but still unpleasnt finding dead ones every day along with spiders etc), the horrible parking situation in my corner where there is 1 visitor spot for over 15 apartments, the total lack on insulation (however if you live jacking up your utilities bills you'll love it).
Then they changed my contract without permission and added two unknown persons to my lease without talking to me... one of which had been evicted and had a criminal background. Still resolving this part.
Oh and don't forget, if you move here make sure you have 4 wheel drive because if it snows chances are they will plow you in and you won't be going anywhere without some solid shovel work. As with everything else, don't bother calling the office because they are of very little help. Especially don't call about the bugs because they will tell you (I experienced this as did other people I know here) it's not their problem... call Terminex.
Nice pool though when they have it working.
