I guess I have had a different experience than most. As for all the crazy bug situations that have been posted here, I have seen only a few and I have gotten the place sprayed once in almost a year with no problems. I called the office and they were very good about it and had someone here to do it within a week. I have only seen a handful of bugs in the past 6 months which hasn't been that bad considering that I hate bugs. If this place was as bad as most are saying it is I would have been gone a long time ago.

The apartments are very nice looking and clean. The rent is not bad considering the space that you have. Probably the cheapest I have seen in this area. The management has been very good. I have only had to fix the dishwasher once and they were here within a few days. No problems at all other than that.

I love it here, very comfortable and no huge issues considering the price. THe locations is good too. Very quiet neighborhood. I have had guests over often and never had a problem with finding a visitor spot.
