At first my husband and I moved in to Briarwood when we were expecting our first child....we figured with the loft bedroom and extra room in the back it would be perfect to get us buy till we bought a house....Well we were wrong....We ended up spending all of our summer sleeping in our living room because a fan to draw the hot air out, upstairs was broke and it was beyond hot especially for a new baby...The best part was we were told that we just needed the air conditioner fixed they never even mentioned the fan...thats until we had the state health department come because our roof was leaking in on us and were concerned about mold since again no one came to clean up the leak...Our roof leaked in on us about 4 times...onto our brand new mattress and the back of our TV... On top of all we dealt with from Briarwood they kept our security dep and made us pay an extra $500...they reported us to a collection agency before anyone even called me back reguarding the bill in the first place...so take your chances if you wanna live there but its the GHETTO of North Haven....and you pay $50 extra for trash and water on top of your rent

-No one to report to but the Property Manager who is a worthless piece of you know what
- Unhealthy
-They allow you to smoke and it comes through the walls into your closets onto your clothes
-The pool is NEVER clean
-No Storage
- no Maintenance

I lived here too, and I couldnt agree with you more..I even made a comment about this cesspool of a complex..But what amazes me (must be management) posting all the BS great things about this place.....Still the lowest numbers/approval rating of any apartment complex in the area must be telling you something
