I lived at Briarwood for 3 years and NEVER had any issues. I only moved recently because I purchased a house, but I enjoyed my time at Briarwood and would highly recommend it. As for the bugs....the apartments are set in a "country" setting and I presume bugs are presentthey call it part of nature!). Although I, personally, never had any problems with bugs in my home I did see the staff spray the outside of the buildings on a regular basis.

very convenient that the last 5 ratings were written with in 1 week. and all anonymously. Sounds like they wrote them themselves or gave customers something off the rent for good reviews.... SHADY!!!
