bad tenants equal bad reviews

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
I lived at Whitewood Pond for 5 years. The only reason I left were for reasons beyond my control. I never had any problems with ants or any other kind of bugs for that matter.
Yes, the kitchens are small, but what could one expect from an apartment building. It suited me just fine.
I never had any problems with the office staff and whenever there was an issue it was taken care of promptly. Never had any issues with a "cheap" owner. Actually I was given a brand new dishwasher two days after I requested one.
And yes, I could hear some things in the apartments around me, but nothing that I couldn't handle. This is something one should expect when living in an apartment builidng.
I did receive my security back. And so did other people that I knew that lived in the building. So there must have been some kind of issue with the person who didn't get theirs back.
As for the issue of too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter...It's supposed to be hot in the summer and each unit is equipped with 2 air conditioning units. And it is cold in the winter, but there are heaters in every room with seperate thermostats so the heat could be controlled throughout the apartment.
I lived on the second floor and had a wonderful view of the ponds, the property is taken care of very well.
I am actually looking to rent there again in the future.
