The place isn't too bad...but it is too hot in summer and cold in the winter. The air conditioners are old and so is everything else. Maintenence has been slow, but acceptable and the office staff is nice and welcoming. There's no assigned spots so aprking can be annoying, but there's enough for everyoen and guests. You can hear the nieghbors and the slamming of windows is annoying. The quality of everything is not so great, and the fixtures and carpeting we had seemed shoddy and old.
