I like my apartment. It is pretty much a quiet complex. no rodents or insects as far as I have seen for the last 8 months as a residence. I would recommend for another to live here. I just wish they could add some sort of utility bill to the rent besides water. That is the only downside. But otherwise, a great place. Management is nice and the grounds are pretty well kept.

Been living here in whitewood ponds since spring of 2006. Rent goes up quite a bit every year..and from what i hear, utilities are never included. And the water that is included in rent, is just cold water...still have to pay the high cost of electric to heat the cold water they 'provide'. Roomate and I do like it here, just wish they'd do some serious updating of the units and building.
