I just read some of the reviews about this apartment complex and I agree with the resident that voiced his/her opinions about the rent being raised every time you re-sign your lease. Each time you resign, rent is raised $50, very unfair to raise rent on a complex in which they do NO upgrades in appliances, carpeting, bathroom tiles, and/or windows. I currently live on the third floor where there are beautiful skylights, however, the windows are poorly insulted and in the winter all of the windows freeze over with ice and then as the sun warms it you end up with a flood on your window sill. At that point you need to put towels down and you end up with mold all over. It's digusting and they have no solution for you except to deal with it. I think if they're going to continue to raise rent then they dam well should do some upgrades to all of the apartments. The bathrooms have tiling from the 70's the air conditioners are practically falling out of the wall. The really need to upgrade their facilities. Currently in my kitchen, my cabinets have shelves that are held in by two pegs. It absolutely ridiculous!!!!
