The apartments all look out onto two ponds that are home for mallard ducks and Canada geese. The living room faces East with the bedroom at the West, so that you are not wakened by the morning sun. It's landscaped and very lovely. Lots of small wildlife in the wooded area around. Large parking area in the rear.

The office staff is very nice and very helpful. We have become friends with Karen, the manager and found her to be very helpful to learning the area. Maintenance is fast and they even installed our own faucet when we bought one (we wanted single-handle with sprayer.)

The apartments come in 3 sizes and are all fairly small, but nicely laid out. Laundry is on the premisis and too expensive, but you save time so it evens out. No hookups in aparments. Heat and temp could be better regulated. Air conditioners are at ceiling level and very difficult to adjust, they turn on and off with a wall switch. This is the only thing we would change about the apartment.

We like it here so much we plan to be here for years. We could never afford a house with this view.
