Great Place to Live - My wife and I lived at Whitewood Pond for twelve years and except for retiring and finally buying a house in the south we would happily still be there. Best Value My husband and I are current residents at Briarwood and just love it! We have the best neighbors and the most attentive staff!!! A huge difference from where we moved from. Everyone here really cares for their tenants. We plan on staying here for a long time!

nice place I like my apartment. It is pretty much a quiet complex. no rodents or insects as far as I have seen for the last 8 months as a residence. I would recommend for another to live here. I just wish they could add some sort of utility bill to the rent besides water. That is the only downside.
