Rent goes up to $850 after the first year. We love it so far. The management is very friendly and maintenance is always there the same day we call. The apartment itself is in great condition. Centipedes One word: centipedes. The pool is nice and sometimes vacant during the weekdays, but don't be fooled. The centipedes suck, I saw about 30 during my one year stay. They can get pretty large. Wood spiders too.

nice place I like my apartment. It is pretty much a quiet complex. no rodents or insects as far as I have seen for the last 8 months as a residence. I would recommend for another to live here. I just wish they could add some sort of utility bill to the rent besides water. That is the only downside.
