We've lived here a year, and we're staying for at least another year. It's a beautiful apartment with charm and uniqueness. You can definitely hear the people next door if they're being loud and you're being quiet. Also, our apartment faces the courtyard, so we don't hear any road noise. The management recently was revamped, but whatever the case we've never been bothered by either. Overall, Clocktower Close is a great place if you can't afford to buy yet.
