Goodbye Avalon, Hello Clocktower...

We recently moved out of an Avalon property in Stamford to the Clocktower. Since this is not a venue to review Avalon and their relatively incompetent management and staff, we'll jump right into our experience here, which has been fantastic. The folks at Clocktower are very accessible and friendly. From visiting the property for the first time to moving in, everything has been handled with a high sense of professionalism and reliability. The building is one of a kind with a unique warehouse-apt conversion. We had a couple of minor issues with the new apartment and all of them were immediately addressed and/or resolved. The leasing office is doing everything they technically can to improve the experience of the residents, be dependable and put behind the performance of the previous management team... it's a no-brainer to recognize their hard work, esp. based on our experience in our prior community!
