I've had no complaints about the staff -- all of them are top notch and professional. I also have no complaints about the apartments themselves or the lovely courtyard at the center of the building. In fact, the entire layout and design of the building is fantastic. I guess the only complaint is about the noise. If you have a naighbor who plays his tv/radio in the morning, you will hear it, and will be woken up by it. If you have a neighbor that plays his/her radio/tv late at night, you will hear it. And all of the doors bang, loudly enough to, on occasion, wake you up at night.

If the building owners would add a few touches -- padding on door frames, insulation in the walls, this would be a marvelous place to live. As it is, it's simply nice.
