I lived at Clocktower for nearly 2 years. I recently vacated in January due to the re-staffing of the property. For a reason unknown to me, both the manager and leasing consultant were let go. Though I had minor issues with the previous staff, they were friendly and very professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about the new manager Rita. I would love to know what type of work she did before this because it was clearly nothing in property management. There is only one word to describe her...HORRIBLE. I would go on but I don't have much time.
As far as the apartments, they are beautiful. I lived in an incredible loft overlooking Grand Street. With the exception of the out dated appliances and bathrooms, I do miss my apartment. I have yet to find anything comparable.
If you are looking to move to Clocktower, I do recommend unless Rita picks up the phone.
