I have lived here for some time and can't wait till my lease is up so I can move out. The apartments are nice but the management office is incompetent and unprofessional. This new management team has taken over and sometimes I wonder if they know whether they are coming or going. It's obvious that they truly don't care. Also in the past few months some of the shadiest tenants have moved in. It's unfortunate but true, this place is going downhill. I would recommend to all prospective tenants, look at the new apartments around the Merrit 7 building. I have a friend that lives there and they know how to treat their tenants.
