Paper thin walls, absent office staff

There is zero insulation in the walls between units . . . I can hear entire conversations next door and even the appartment above me. The walls are so thin, I can even see light from the nextdoor neighboors apartment through a crack in the wall where the plaster meets a woodbeam!
The office staff is friendly, but useless. They are never in the office, and rarely (if ever) return your messages no matter how urgent the situation. Parking is barely adequate at best. Most the time i am parking on the side of the street cause the lots are too full.
Besides that, the tenants are friendly for the most part, and the building itself is beautiful. The Gym is a huge plus as well.
