This building is squalor -- the apartments are a rip off (bad quality)..actually everything is and it is soooooo loud...I have the pleasure of listening to some ranting nut scream at her kids or hear them tear down the hall at late hours....the surroundings are sketchy and you will be treated to "concerts" late into the night by the surrounding neighbors...if you like pychos and circus type musical concerts and the trains blowing all night, this is for you!
