Couldn't get out fast enough
I lived here for a little over a year and I couldn't get out fast enough. On my first night I nearly had a heart attack when I CLEARLY herd my next door neighbor breathing, I could swear he was standing in my unit. Havingā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Been Here 3 Years
I like this building. First of all, it's gorgeous! Whenever I walk in through the front door I look up and think 'cool'. It's a unique, rustic, handsome historic building with a lot of personality. There is a maintenance man who's super friendly and alwaysā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Do not judge a book by it's cover
Purchase my first home at the Clocktower Close, 25 Grand Street, Norwalk, CT. This was hands down one of the most uncomfortable and disconcerting experiences of my life. Without going into a detailed description of horrific events, I would like to advise anyone who isā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Paper thin walls, absent office staff
There is zero insulation in the walls between units . . . I can hear entire conversations next door and even the appartment above me. The walls are so thin, I can even see light from the nextdoor neighboors apartment through aā¦Ā See More >Scott926

Great Place To Live
Let me start by saying this is a great place to live!!! Prior to 2005 this building was strictly rentals. There were numerous issues with the management company and the building was not well kept. Not to mention it seemed on the young side. Letā¦Ā See More >Awesomebuilding

Clocktower is Excellent
The new management is excellent at Clocktower and if you can get a rental in this apartment complex, you should go for it. The new tenants who have bought an apartment are very friendly and a community is definitely building here.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I Recommend Clocktower
Clocktower Close is located in a very convenient area, close to the highways, Stew Leonard's store, other retail stores, restaurants, and Norwalk Post Office. Although the apartments' walls are a bit thin, most of the building's residents are quiet. The apartments' loft designs are veryā¦Ā See More >buchergi

Bad reviews are outdated, Clocktower is now great
If you're considering renting in the Clocktower, you're probably out of luck as they are now selling the units. I recently bought 2, one to live in, one to rent.
It sounds like various management teams over the years have been terrible, but the Seaboardā¦Ā See More >Tharr62

Not bad. Except for thin walls.
Quite a nice community - pretty to look at, relatively clean and orderly, lots of space and storage in the units. Management was neither terrific nor horrible; most of the time, they got things done on time, and maintenance was usually prompt and always friendly.

Theā¦Ā See More >anonymous
