Fifteen months at the Corset Factory...leaving only because of a job change, and will miss it.

Cool building with "homey" feel, great neighborhood, convenient location. Love the brick, exposed beams and hardwood floors. Also a big deal to have the in unit washer/dryer. Adequate exercise room and good area for outdoor runs.

You hear the commuter train and some occassional street noise, but it wasn't a problem.

This is really a nice spot and good value for the money.
