From a quick glance, these apartments seem like they would make a decent place to live. After living here for almost a year now, I can say the experience has been far from decent. Of the features listed in their brochure and on their website, probably only about 50% of them actually exist. Further, the carpeting is of a poor quality that has not lasted even the 10 months I have been here. I have had the cheap refrigerator die and need replacement (no thought, however, was given to the food inside, or the apt walls as they removed and replaced the unit.) The maintenance staff is clearly not capable of taking care of themselves, much less any units. If you call them once, be prepared to call again and again as they are unable to resolve even simple clogged drains. Although they boast a service to accept packages for you, know that you must be aware of all shipments to you, as they may accept a package, but will not tell you that they did, even if you ask. I have had important packages sit with them for weeks before I finally printed out the delivery confirmation from UPS showing them signing for it. Also, the attitude of the staff here can only be described as "nasty" and "snooty", while their competence could be summarized with "lacking." Finally, there is a TRAIN running behind it. YES you hear it! YES you hear it all NIGHT!

I, like many other residents, HAVE brought my issues to this new staffs attention. When I received unsatisfactory responses, I decided to write a review at this website. Oh, and I was told, first hand, by a staff member that they had written reviews. So yes, many of the good reviews are written by staff, and that is a fact. |
