I haved lived at Merritt River for almost a year now and have been very happy; not only with the product, but also with the staff. I just read the two reviews of the property and couldn't disagree more, the staff here has not only been extremely competent, but never have I experienced any sort of negativity from any of the staff. The staff I have found is not only pleasant, but ready to bend over backwards to accomodate any resident, at any time.
It is very quiet here; I am not bothered by my neighbors or people in the halls. My apartment itself is beautiful; it is very spacious and being brand new, is very clean. Any maintenance problems I have had(problems which I had anticipated living in a brand new building)have been dealt with in timely manner and always resolved to my satisfaction.
Overall, my experience here at Merritt River has been great; not only will I renew my lease, but I have also had friends move in the building who are just as pleased as I am. I have lived all around the country and am happy to finally find a home here at Merritt River.

Totally Agree Jennifer. Isn't it funny that the folks that are unhappy are all anonymous? But the happy ones are blamed to be the staff. As a resident, if I were soooo unhappy and miserable, would bring it to the management's attention rather than waste my time as an anonymous. Just my opinion though.

I, like many other residents, HAVE brought my issues to management attention. When I received unsatisfactory responses, I decided to write a review at this website. Oh, and I was told, first hand, by a staff member that they had written reviews. So yes, many of the good reviews are written by staff, and that is a fact. |
