The location, the people, the facilities...everything is great...BUT they don't allow dogs! They only allow cats..and even if the dog is smaller than the cat, still can't have it. That will be my solo reason for leaving when the lease is up!

I have a dog now. I talked with Dana (the assistant) and they started to allow dogs as it was recommended by residents like yourself!

Yeah, they allow dogs, BUT you have to pay a $600 "pet fee" per pet. Then, you have to pay $50 per month on top of that. If you are without a pet for a while, then get one again, you have to pay the "pet fee" again. |
