Just so any person trying to figure out if this is a nice place to live or not, I want to let you know that the office staff has been writing a lot of these reviews. (you can tell by what's emphasized...like the extra perk of the "business center" which i've seen NO ONE in!)
From my knowledge of the community, NO ONE is being solicited to write more reviews on this site by either unhappy parties or the office staff. So let it be known that the office staff thinks of themselves as friendly and polite, and there are several tenants that disagree...
the fact of the matter is its a lot of money for an apartment right next to a train station and construction site. it's convenient and has little need for maintenance (they're brand new).
I do however think that the attitudes of the office staff have even permeated this site, with their attacks on the other REAL tenants' reviews. but don't let that stop you from coming here...realistically you only have to see them once a month!
