Top Shelf In Norwalk

I am a current resident, and I will re-up my lease when it expires, as it is a nice building, convenient to my work, and my overall experience has been positive.
The office staff has been fine w/r/t me, although there has been quite a bit of turnover, which is not so uncommon for the industry. I have had 1-2 minor maintenance issues, and they were handled promptly and courteously. I have been notified promptly when I have had deliveries, etc.
The Train: Yes, kids, there is a Metro North track that runs behind the building, and yes, there are trains that run at night. When I looked at the apartment I am currently in, the rental agent (Joey) did call my attention to it. I live on a high floor, and it doesn't bother me.
Parking: This is the one beef I have with them. Parking used to be first come-first serve, until someone figured out they could enhance revenue by charging for the primo spots, which they did, ignoring the clause in everyone's lease that said that parking was first come-first served.
The solution, of course, is to park on one of the lower levels, where it is still free...if you can find a space b/c, as another poster noted, some tenants have decided that they are entitled to *two* spaces for their BMW or Corvette, or whatever, which is just plain selfish.
Bottom line: for the quaility of the building, it is the most competatively priced; the only other options in its class are the Avalon communities in Wilton and New Canaan, which are outrageously priced. The next options down the ladder are the Corset Factory and Clocktower Close....and, guess what...the train runs by both of them, also, and Clocktower in particular is a *mess*.
