The common thread through most of the reviews here is a definite problem with the attentiveness, courtesy, and ability of the staff here. Not to mention the turnover of staff. I can say as a resident that these issues are absolutely true and should give pause for serious consideration to any potential renter. The staff here is unbearable to communicate with, they are lazy, and they are rude. I also find it humorous and a poor reflection on the office staff that they wrote some reviews here about the apartments. It seems that for the staff to review apartments on their own is unethical and shows the lack of scruples they exhibit everyday in their interactions with the residents. Rest assured that any positive reviews you may read here were probably written by the staff.
The appointments outside of the apartments themselves are fairly nice. The pool and fitness area appear well kept. Inside the apartments however, you will be met with cheap carpet, counters, and appliances. Many apartments also have lots of cracks in the walls. That is somewhat unnerving for such a new complex!
Lets not forget the train and the demolition behind the building either. Oh, and I hope you like fire alarms.
Finally, the maintenance staff has a serious attitude problem and seems to really dislike doing any kind of maintenance.
In short, do not rent here. The staff makes your life miserable and cannot be trusted for anything. Take it from one who knows...I live here.
