The Merritt River advertises itself as a luxury apartment. What a joke. Does a luxury apartment have a train running through your living room from 5:30 AM to Midnight' You will certainly get to know each of the conductors very well. They have a special signature horn blow.
Also, if the apartment is so great why can they not completely rent the facility after 2 years. It is brand new and yet they have about 50% occupancy. Fact is the building is over priced for the subpar services, the noise of the train and as everyone else has already stated the rude staff. I can not 100% agree the staff is rude....they never seem to talk. But I will agree that they sure turnover every 2 months.
Check out Avalon. A little more costly but they act nice.
