All I have to say after reading the reviews is WOW. Do all of these people live the same place that I live' I have to agree that the train is loud along with the construction behind the building. But how could you not have noticed it before you moved in'

And yes the staff has turned over several times, which I would think would be a good thing if they have made so many other residents upset that they are going online to complain- Anonymously!

I have been at Merritt River for almost 6 months and have to say that I have not had quite the bad experience with staff or maintenance that apparently my neighbors have had. The girl who rented me and my husband our apartment still works here, and has always been friendly when I stop by the clubroom in the mornings for my coffee. I can understand if someone has had a bad experience and wants to share it, but come on now- you people can not be serious!

I am really offended for the people who live here and love it, and for the people who work here and do a good job. Maybe those who come here in the future to complain should try stopping by the office first to express your concerns in person so they can be addressed. Don't go online and trash a place and people that aren't as bad as some of these reviews make them sound!
