"This notice is to advise you of recent criminal activity on the property. A resident reported a vehicle burglary incident occurring with our community..This notice is intended to provide beneficial information allowing you to make appropriate decisions regarding your personal safety..your security is your responsibility."
Prospective renters, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE.
Read what a Merritt staffer wrote on this website regarding "complainers": "Crime knows no address...so if you don't like it get the **&%% out" That is an exact quote.
That comment pretty much sums up the Merritt attitude: Pay me $2000 per month for a sub-standard apartment and accept the fact that thieves and vandals are roaming unchecked on the garage. Thank you for nothing Merritt Ripoff Apartments.
