Just left Merritt River Apartments after almost two years of living here. Some parts of living here are great. Pool, large parking garage, appliances and newness are all great. Oh the negatives, the office building that is built behind the apartments (construction was never disclosed during move in) the train also never disclosed, if you are near an elevator you can hear it dinging at all hours.

I must say the staff has gotten lazy and blame residents for the issues in the past few months or so. On the positive they are super proactive about dealing with repairs. They need to better staff the office and make sure more than one person is around at all times.

Parking is ample but they are starting to be real stingy with it. When we first started renting we were told we had a reserved spot included with our rent and a second one would cost money. Management changed and so did that policy and they tried to back charge us for the reserve spot. Now if you have to go away on business and need to leave your car there... they make you buy a reserve spot. Seriously it is called resident parking stickers buy them and give them to residents.

Freight elevator is great for move outs.
