I've read with dismay all the ratings below, and they are horrifying. Many of the stories from residents are true, even if they aren't all that reasonable. The scariest part though, was the reviews written by the staff themselves. That, to me, is eery.
I won't be renewing my lease when it is next up, and the #1 reason for this will be the staff. They are very difficult to work with and terribly uncooperative. I don't want to sound mean, but I dread any interaction I need to have with them.
The staff doesn't seem to understand that the renters are customers, instead running this building like a dormitory. There are notices strung about threatening various fines. Every so often you'll receive notices under your door explaining some new rule they made up as they went along that doesn't exist in your lease.
This is a nice building with nice facilities, but its the staff that makes it an uncomfortable place to live.
