Overall, the premises and apartments are very nice. I felt safe and very comfortable with one exception. The apartment complex is literally located right next to train tracks and the trains run all day into the early morning, regularly blowing a very loud horn. In addition, there is currently construction taking place somewhere close, because several times I was awakened at 3am by jackhammers. I usually had to sleep with earplugs to get a good night's sleep.
