The grounds are pretty nice, but the apartment interiors are nothing impressive for this price range.

It is true that the staff doesn't treat you like a customer, rather, its more like students in a dorm.

There aren't a ton of choices in Norwalk, but I recommend you take a look at the others. This just isn't a place I can recommend.
