I'm on the second floor, and yes I do get woken by the first train. But hey, I knew what I was getting into, and besides it is a great alarm clock! I have had little to do with the staff, but when I have they have been responsive to my needs and extremely polite and friendly. As for no security, I constantly see a white security car patrolling the parking decks. Have not yet had an opportunity to enjoy the pool area, but with summer now here I'm looking for to heading down there. Overall, I give the place top marks.
