The word LUXURY in the ads for the Merritt River Apartments has no LEGAL meaning and neither conveys or promises anything. It is merely a marketing hook. The word LUXURY has no LEGAL definition in this state, consequently the word has no LEGAL standing. From a LEGAL standpoint it is an adjective that is left up to the readers imagination to define. It could mean anything to you that you want it too. Everyone has a different opinion of what LUXURY is. Under the law such a word without a strict LEGAL description is considered vague and therefore meaningless. Any action based on this word will be immediately thrown out of court, case dismissed:

CONCLUSION:
A complex in the most rundown Ghetto has as much right to use the word LUXURY as Merritt River Apts does. The circumstances can be the same or a World apart.
