I've been living at Merritt River for about a year and so far I really like it. I think the hallways are really nice as well as the interior of the apartment...BUT the only complaint I have is the ongoing construction. Today is Sunday and they're JACKHAMMERING outside my window. It pisses me off that management is letting them do construction on the weekends--what kind of consideration is that' Today they started at 9 am and have been jackhammering for two hours straight. I think I'm going CRAZY.

Overall the building is really really quiet, so I rated it a 5. It's just the construction the past two weeks or so that makes it loud. Other than the construction, in the evening and at all other times, the building is very quiet. And no, I'm not confused about the system. Are you bored so you go around criticizing peoples' reviews? Get a life.
