It's not all it's cracked up to be. The construction continues. The jackhammering, at least, finally ceased after 10 straight weeks seven days a week. Yes, 7 days a week of jackhammering. Water Works of Ansonia is obviously equally as incompetant as the staff at Merritt River. Did I mention the pool collapsed through the parking garage' (the same unsecured one that you're charged a significant fee for each additional space more than the one that "comes with the apartment")About a month ago, giant chunks of concrete came crashing through the ceiling of the garage caused by the pool. Don't worry, after a few hours of the blocks falling, the maintenance crew put some yellow tape up to secure the area. The mailroom is still under construction. And the gym still has unreliable equipment from 1990 and two TVs that work occasionally. So much for that amenities fee!
