Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
My apt was a great value..5 years ago when the rent was $1135. Still a little over priced, but for 2 baths, 2 terraces, 2 BR, I enjoyed it and had plenty of space. Needless to say I moved because the rent went up and up and up and up...

Now the rent is $1500 for that apt. I hardly think anyone would think it's worth it.
