too much money!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I moved here 8 months ago and I loved the landscape, the staff and the inside of the apt. However, even at $45K year I cannot bear the rent going up to more than $1500. If you want to spend this kind of money, BUY A HOUSE!!!!
