I lived at Riverview, and I would not recommend it. Although the apartments are large, they are very old and falling apart. My bathroom was in horrible condition when I first moved it...it took a lot of bleach and scrubbing before I was willing to even step into that shower. Also, I have found some carpet beetles/roaches outside in the hallways which are pretty old and stained (Luckily, I sprayed a lot of bugspray to keep them from coming in). There are also weird smells that will infiltrate your apartment...I had a neighbor who regularly liked cooking fish curry. Cars were also broken into on a regular basis in the underground parking lot. The tenants had to patrol the grounds to catch the thieves because the management did nothing. Although I had a short term lease, the management also completely ate my security deposit! It was a new management team from the one I rented from, and I guess that is the way that they make their numbers for the year...stealing from tenants.
