Alright folks...you want the skinny. Cambridge grounds are ok...10 acres of landscape' Hummm...There is a pond..surrounded by a fence. Washer and Dryer in each building...yes...one of each shared by an guessed average of 16 people at a 3.00 a load...wash sparingly. Heat and hot water included..the buildings run off boilers where else can the steam go'...some units have storage within the units..100 sq ft (this is the best deal going). Staff..will tell you they are going to send someone to look at it..at least 10 times..Neighbors..complain and often leads to a lease violation citation without you ever giving your side of the story...buildings are older; however they are ok...Floors creak at times, which will lead your bottom neighbor (why would you live on the bottom of anything) to complain, which starts the 10 times call saying we will be there but potentially could lead to a lease violation...get my drift...good for older couples or military personnel looking for a quick fix to a living situation....
5 on a scale of 10....AC...window unit good for cooling a room, that A room..If you don't have an AC, you have buy it then pay someone to install it for you...
